Welcome To Customer Service

Our staff is available from Monday to Friday between 7:30 am to 3:00 pm in our Main Office, located at 1 Lambard Street, Bath. There is a drop box located at the bottom of the stairs leading to the front door for after hours correspondence. You may also contact our staff at info@bathwd.org. In addition to the typical business office functions, they are also here to help with any business, billing, or general questions related to water service and/or dispatch field service personnel if necessary. The Bath Water District is committed to providing quality customer service.
